I have no patience left for malevolent thugs on any side of an issue, nor any orchestrator, nor employer of such—the dastardly schemers working behind the scenes. If we don’t get this situation under control, incarcerate violators and contain would-be candidates, as soon as possible, their MO will expand expeditiously and inevitably reach many of us directly—and likely most of us.
Law enforcement, teachers, along with social and spiritual leaders, need our support and help as they are becoming overwhelmed by unruly bullies. Encroachment toward another U.S. civil war is currently an imminent possibility. If not an actual war, it will decidedly resemble one.
We are a divided nation on crucial key issues. That alone is enough to cause a devastating fall. For the sake of our offspring and future generations, we desperately need to unite with one another for the purpose of thwarting violent opposition—culminating in deranged and juvenile mindsets. That is to say that we must put our responsible "adult-pants" on, reclaim our authority as mature and wise elders of our time (that is, for those of us whom are) and lead.
We must make an effort to restore common sense, a renewed respect for our laws, and once mutually accepted, conventional rules of behavior. Recall the era when it was gratefully instilled in former generations. To do so will involve struggle, stamina and firm chastisement of certain individuals—by using social pier-pressure, as an effective tool of the day. We can make an unified effort to drive them into submission and conformity, or by any rational means at our disposal. We will need to put our fears and our comfort-zones aside, as a sacrifice, for the betterment of our current generation and those to follow.
I am a grandpa to two precious little girls. Plainly speaking, I could not live with myself, if I weren’t to give it my-all toward repairing the utterly wrecked engine, for which I have some measure of responsibility for it’s broken status. Their future, and someday their children’s future, at a minimum, should be filled with an equal dose of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, that we as adults enjoyed when we were growing up. It deeply depends on the actions we take today.
I’ve made merely a modest internet contribution, using the keyboard before me, plus an occasional eye-to-eye attempt, for the cause. I am now sensing an urgency, or possibly a spiritual calling, to take a more hands-on approach. I’ll be looking for opportunities to be physically proactive in this endeavor. I presume that there are plenty of concerned citizens groups that could use my help, which could keep me as active as I want to be. Maybe, initiate a local movement myself. Hopefully, this notion has also crossed your mind at some point in recent history. As they say, “Together, we can make a difference.”
Let our demands be dealt and felt, for social order, civil obedience...and for that crazy little thing called law.
Shalom!
