Dear neighbor,
Unless you are one whom has lost all sense of discernment, it can’t be mistaken that we are battling in a spiritual war, maybe more so than any previous generation, in concert with the heavenly realms.
We know kingdoms in the heavens combat one another, as documented in the book of Daniel, chapter 10. of the Holy Bible. Daniel tells about a meeting with a heavenly messenger who was confronted with resistance from a spiritual principality. In this account, the spiritual challenge was with the prince of the Persian kingdom, who appears to have some ability to detain passage, possibly through his influence on the physical Persian Empire. He proceeded to explain to Daniel: "God heard your request immediately, because your heart was set on understanding, but I had been withstood for 21 days, by the Persian Prince and Michael the Archangel came to help me." (Paraphrased)
Studying the word, my understanding is that there are at least three spiritual princes. A fourth and fifth, can be assumed, whom serve as the heads over the others. The three are: the prince of Persia, the prince of Greece, and the prince of Israel (Michael the Archangel.) The first two are demonic spirits.
Jesus is the Prince of Peace. Being God the Son, of course, he has power over everyone and everything. Satan is called the prince of the power of the air, who has power over the first two aforementioned princes and possibly controls the entire realm of our atmosphere. He has not any power that wasn't given to him by God. In God's wisdom, He knew how much power to grant to Lucifer, which was meant to be used to glorify God. Lucifer, it's taught, was the highest angel in God's kingdom, until his fall. And fall he did! The biggest fall recorded in history. His name actually means angel of light. Now, he is hell's angel of dark light. A counterfeit. A fake. He tries to imitate and impersonate God, in an attempt to deceive people.
It’s interesting to me that our planet’s air, which is contained within the troposphere, is in contact with the earth’s surface. Also, that air is the invisible conduit through which communication frequency waves travel. It’s easy for me to imagine the control Satan likely has over the media content transmitted there-within. We can see that to be self-evident, by the continuous flow of unfiltered smut and indoctrinating lies assaulting us daily.
As the temporal ruler of our world, he’s able to infect and saturate his domain with extreme wickedness—mission accomplished. He, with his legion of fallen angels, also known as demons, are endowed with great powers of influence, deception, exceptional knowledge and stunning intelligence. He is the grand master of perception manipulation and sinister strategies. Mere man is no match for him.
Even Michael the Archangel, the chief prince of God's people, did not make accusations against the devil, but simply said "Jesus rebuke you!" It is plausible to assume, a face to face dialog with the devil would cause us to be vulnerable to deception, by twisting our thoughts and words, leaving us open for unholy accusations about our lack of righteousness. It is only through Jesus Christ that we can, and do, have victory over this son of perdition.
What if I were to suggest to you, much of everything that’s been taught, and taken for granted, is a lie—how would you respond? The world would probably scoff at such a notion and follow it with expressions using colorful adjectives to describe me, or my supposition. Only one with a god-like power of authority could pull off something that monumental.
Let’s explore my hypothesis further. Developing a passionate desire for eschatology, in the latter 1990’s, I had (what seemed to me) an epiphany. While contemplating the repetitive and significant use of numbers in the Bible, my theory was conceived. It focused on of the nefarious beast (the antichrist.) As it was written, in the book of Revelation 13:18 “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six” (666.) Instantaneously, I recalled the number ascribed to man—it is the number six (6.) The association of the number six to man is attributed to the formation of man on the sixth day of God’s creation period, according to the book of Genesis. I asked myself, “Could this similarity be an insight for drawing a comparison between a human being and the devil?” “Does it reveal the difference, in terms of power, knowledge and shrewdness?”
For the sake of intriguing thought, I'll share my reasoning. The ratio, of these two sets of characters, is 3 to 1 (6. 6. 6. - 6.) Using this ratio as a basis for speculation, Lucifer might be three times more powerful and wise than King Solomon was. Except for Jesus, Solomon was the wisest man to have ever lived and had much authority and unmatched massive wealth. One can imagine what can be accomplished in steering the modus operandi of the world’s system with three times more influence than Solomon. That being said, now, let’s consider the ratio for the numeric value of the two sets of numbers. Applying this theoretical formula, Satan’s powers would be 111 times more superior in abilities (666 - 6) than that of any man, ever, to have been born on this planet! One more intriguing observation to ponder, the number associated with the triune God of the Bible is 777, which happens to be 111 digits greater than Satan's number. The number seven symbolizes perfection, completeness and supreme sovereignty—hence three perfect characters in one. The gap between “perfection” and “flawed” is unmeasurable. Satan falls far short, as do we.
An entity, such as the devil, wheeling that much intelligence, power and influence upon the human race, I surmise: “truth,” as the world recognizes it, is skewed at best, or a complete abomination in the worse case scenario. A summation of the areas subject to Satan’s control would be widespread. Included would be the utilization of: religion, government, social issues and status, science, physics, ideology, theology, philosophy, astrology, the supernatural, spirituality, sexuality, morality and so on. Is this not what observant and mature Christians are witnessing in our present generation? Are not all of these areas, I've listed, tainted? Virtually, his control would be in every aspect of the human experience and existence which culminates in a major allegiance to secularism—a precept to the formation of a new world order—a one world government.
World domination is the most critical element for the completion of Satan’s agenda. He will seat the coming antichrist on his throne as ruler of the world. He will require all to receive his mark of eternal condemnation. Anyone who refuses to receive the mark will not be able to function in his new world system. This will lead to a majority of the population to sell their soul for a season of security. Most won't even know what they're signing themselves up for, because they've rejected the word of God. They believe it to have no true value, so they don't wisely use their time to learn what it says.
Lucifer’s ultimate goal was to overthrow God and take the seat on God’s throne. I suspect, since the life and resurrection of Jesus, the devil knows it’s unattainable, now. Jesus, without sin, defeated sin and death and conquered Satan when he died on the cross and arose from the grave and sits at the right hand of God the Father in heaven. That serpent of old will still give it a shot, because his all consuming pride and delusions of grandeur forbid him to submit to the authority of God and repent. He will wage a final physical-war, against Jesus and Israel, prophetically called Armageddon—a predicted final world war.
Prepare yourselves! Get right with the Lord. Satan’s plan B is now a priority, which is to drag as many people as he can into hell with himself, in a gun-blazing, spiteful attempt, to hurt God.
If nothing more, I hope I’ve helped some of you to understand the overwhelming level of the devil’s power and influence. I believe the span of it is great enough to bury absolute truth from the sight of his victims and convince the majority of the world to exchange it for the false security of an idealistic, utopian, fantasy. This mindset is linked to Liberalism—a byproduct of the belief in the principles of relativism. The origin of this methodology can be traced back to ancient Greece. It's not a new and "hip" trend with enlightening revelations—just repackaged and branded as such, to capture the imaginations of a current generation.
If truth is relative, meaning, truth is as it is perceived to be, or in other words, each person’s belief and definition of truth is reality, then there aren’t any absolute truths. That is the underlying purpose for its creation, used later in its development to criticize religious dogma (and now, especially Christianity.) Therefore, theoretically, taking personal responsibility, and being held accountable for one's behavior, becomes no longer subject to judgement, nor consequences. No guilt. No stress. No worries. Just nirvana and utopia. Uh,...that would be heaven on earth. As I’ve mentioned, there’s only one way to experience that truth, absolutely.
Thank you for visiting my blog page. Please, return for additional articles pertaining to this series. I will be exploring the systematic dismantling of faith and the abominations of: discrediting God's Word, blaspheming the Spirit and challenging His divinity.
